Santa Call provides an entertainment service that delivers personalized, AI-generated phone calls from a character representing Santa Claus. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Service.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information for call personalization and delivery.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • You must have consent from the call recipient (or be their legal guardian) before scheduling a call.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the call was not delivered as scheduled due to our error, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Calls that were successfully delivered but the recipient did not answer
  • Incorrect phone numbers or information provided by the customer
  • Requests made after the call has been successfully completed
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated voice or content style

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Santa Call is an entertainment service using AI technology. We make no representations that the voice is that of an actual person called "Santa Claus."

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANTA CALL AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Emotional distress or disappointment
  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santa Call and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
